I offer flexible therapy options in our work together, so the process is tailored to meet your specific needs. Therefore, we may agree on a combination of the following psychotherapy options:

Individual psychotherapy: Standard session (50 minutes) $170, Double session (100 minutes) $340

Family psychotherapy: Standard session (50 minutes) $200

Group psychotherapy: Standard session (90 minutes), cost varies

Payment process: I accept payment at the time of our appointment with credit/debit card, cash, or check.

Health insurance: You may be eligible to see me as an out-of-network treatment provider.  This means that I do not take insurance directly (I am not an “in-network provider”) but if your insurance includes an out-of-network benefit then you might be able to get reimbursement. When speaking to your insurance company representative, some important details to obtain: 

• Is there an out-of-network benefit for mental/behavioral health treatment (individual CPT code: 90834 and couple/family CPT code: 90847)?
• Is there a deductible that must be satisfied prior to receiving any reimbursement?
• What is the reimbursement rate once this deductible has been met? 

If you discover that your plan does offer out-of-network benefits, at the end of each month I provide a statement that indicates all the necessary details for you to submit to your insurance to obtain reimbursement directly from them.   Please keep in mind that all insurance plans vary.
